In addition to our TIC services, National Exchange Advisors handles the following types of tasks on behalf of its investors:

• Direct correspondence with 1031 exchange accommodators without depositing or taking possession of 1031 investor funds. Rather, the investor’s 1031 exchange accommodator transfers funds directly into a given property escrow account.
• Identifying suitable Tenant in Common replacement properties.
• Underwriting those specific properties, packaging them and releasing them for public consumption.
• Acting as an all-purpose liaison between various third party service providers (vendors, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, insurance companies etc.) and the individual investor.
• Working closely with attorneys, accountants, commercial lenders and capital facilitators and actively pooling equity in order to close complex transactions.
• Performing and simultaneously sub-contracting due diligence tasks for each property, while we identify, interview, and propose third party property management and asset management companies for review and approval by TIC Co-owners.
• Supervising, directing and coordinating the closing of escrow on behalf of all exchanging TIC Co-owners and the chosen lender.
